As the Human Resources Supervisor/Officer, you are responsible for providing extra support for the everyday operations of the HR Team. Your role is to guarantee that all employees are kept productive and inspired. Together with your team, you will also be managing various people programs related to engagement, compensation & benefits, and training among others.
Job Description:
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic programs at the mall or branch level in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Ensure effective execution of recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, and labor relations processes.
- Promote productive working relationships between management and employees through proper HR administration.
- Facilitate training, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with local ordinances, labor laws, and company standards in all HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any related course
- Skills in handling people and supervising them to accomplish specific HR tasks
- Knowledge in some recruitment processes, compensation and benefits processes or employee relations related work
- A good understanding of the role of the Human Resources division as a business partner and is customer service oriented
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in SM City Telebastagan
