Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our Human Resources Department. The HR Specialist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce remains engaged, productive, and in alignment with company policies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and defining qualifications.
  • Onboard new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, concerns, and conflicts.
  • Foster positive relationships between employees and management to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Support conflict resolution and employee performance management.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and wellness programs.
  • Assist employees with questions related to payroll, health benefits, and mandated benefits like SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws regarding wages and benefits.

Training & Development:

  • Administer orientation for the new hires during training period.
  • Monitor training needs and opportunities across departments.

HR Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain HR records in compliance with local regulations.
  • Prepare reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment progress.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal requirements regarding employee rights and company policies.

Performance Management:

  • Support managers in implementing performance reviews and feedback processes.
  • Assist in the development and management of employee recognition programs.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.

Knowledge: Familiarity with HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations and MS Office Suite.
