Job Description:

Create & Implement Business Strategies

Develop growth plans and expansion roadmaps; review the profitability of existing stores in coordination with current lessors.

Drive Business Expansion

Identify and pursue potential new store locations nationwide that align with the company's expansion goals and market strategy.

Partnership Development

Establish and maintain strong relationships with lessors to support long-term business partnerships.

Ensure Retail Business Profitability

Lead wide-scale negotiations of rental rates with lessors and shopping malls to ensure a healthy rental-to-sales ratio and maintain store profitability.

Asset Management

Safeguard and maintain records and documents such as contracts, agreements, and other departmental assets.

Analyze Market Trends & Opportunities

Conduct regular market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences—especially in areas identified for potential expansion.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience in leasing is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Willing to travel and attend meetings with partners and stakeholders.
  • Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
