1. Service Operations Management
- Supervise daily service workshop operations, ensuring timely and quality vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with BYD guidelines.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work among service staff.
- Handle escalated customer concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
2. Parts Operations Management
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring availability of fast-moving and critical spare parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage procurement in line with company standards.
- Control parts stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Align parts operations with service requirements to support seamless workflow.
3. Business & Financial Management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service and parts sales and profitability.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, revenue targets, and expense control.
- Review financial reports and identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of departmental KPIs.
4. Leadership & People Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the Service and Parts team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Establish performance standards and conduct regular appraisals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service across all after-sales touchpoints.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service and parts offerings.
6. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to BYD's global after-sales standards and warranty policies.
- Maintain compliance with government regulations, safety protocols, and environmental policies.
- Oversee warranty claims processing and ensure accurate documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Business Management, or related field.
- At least 5–7 years of experience in automotive service and parts operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and dealership operations.
- Proven track record in sales, customer service, and operational management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
