GetMeds provides a reliable medicine delivery service offering a wide range of medicines including name-brand, generic, over-the-counter, and prescription medicines at an affordable price. Customers can upload their prescription online, and after a confirmation call with a pharmacist, receive their medications within one or two days. The service also offers periodic reminders for refills with added benefits and discounts to ensure ongoing medication compliance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Head located in Las Piñas. The HR Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes planning, organizing, and directing HR programs, implementing HR policies, managing labor and employment law compliance, and fostering employee relations. The HR Head will ensure the organizational needs are met while maintaining a pleasant work environment.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and implementing HR Policies
  • Experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or relevant certification in HR management is a plus
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is required
