Job Summary

The IT Head will lead the overall Information Technology function of Golden Haven, ensuring the high-quality and timely delivery of projects, effective management of IT infrastructure, applications, platforms, and cybersecurity. The role requires strategic leadership in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, overseeing vendors and solution providers, and building a high-performing IT team to support the company's growth and digital transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute improvements/ automation aligned with Golden Haven's business strategy and growth in the death care industry.
  • Translate strategic direction into actionable IT initiatives.
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee multiple IT projects, ensuring proper planning, scope validation, resource allocation, and timely execution.
  • Ensure reliable operations of applications, platforms, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee IT vendors, solution providers, and third-party system integrators to ensure compliance, service quality, and accountability.
  • Implement strong risk management and business continuity practices.
  • Act as point of escalation for IT issues raised by business units.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets effectively to maximize ROI on technology investments.
  • Build, lead, and mentor the IT team to foster collaboration, capability building, and continuous innovation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure IT solutions address operational and strategic needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years work experience on IT Technical Support and Management, Technical Writing and People Management.
  • Proven track record in vendor management, IT governance, and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Willing to be assigned in Las Pinas.
