Building Admin Officer

Will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Admin
Coordinating the provision of all office equipment.
Ensuring a clean and secure working environment
Ensuring the availability of adequate lighting, water, telecommunication, etc. Procures needed materials and equipment for general housekeeping of the property
Maintain proper records of all company assets and their accountability
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of company assets
Assist in resolving any administrative problem raised by employees and tenants
Bills to Pay- Utilities & Payment ( water, beneco, suppliers, mobile plans, pldt, cards etc)
Petty Cash / Liquidation
De facto HR duties
Perform other duties requested by employees under the company as approved by the Management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php14, Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Baguio City, Benguet: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
