About Us:
Torero Global Outsourcing owns three leading logistics hubs in San Francisco and servicing Amazon. We are looking for professionals that could be part of our back office team here in Manila.
What we offer:

- Freelance full-time role (with full responsibility for managing your own tax and statutory contributions)
Responsibilities:
- Answers both emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring accurate documentation of critical information.
- Use Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and charts) to prepare reports and track performance metrics.
- Download, organize, and manage data from different tools and systems into Excel.
- Monitor driver rosters, track deliveries, and maintain communication to optimize routing and performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and address operational issues.
- Graduate in any degree such as in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource, etc. is a plus.
- Excellent English communications skills.
- Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift schedule and onsite (Eastwood, Quezon City office).
Nice to have:
- Experience in customer service, operations, back office, or logistics from any industry.
