Partner with the People Team to maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and system hygiene for compliance and audit readiness. Maintain up‑to‑date People Team templates, SOPs, and resource documentation to support operational continuity. Assist in the administration and maintenance of employee benefits programs by processing Qualified Life Events (QLEs), ensuring data accuracy, and responding to employee inquiries across all benefit plans and accounts in collaboration with the Senior Director of People Operations.
