We're looking for a proactive and strategic
Business Development Officer
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth across diverse industries and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with excellence
- Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and manage Key Account programs for high-value clients
- Research client profiles to uncover future projects, expansion plans, and affiliations
New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new clients through networking, referrals, and market research
- Present tailored commercial frameworks and proposals to prospective clients
- Explore new industries, territories, and partnership opportunities
- Structure commercial models for PPPs, unsolicited proposals, and Design & Build projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support marketing initiatives and represent the company at events and client meetings
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, and B2B sales
- Strong understanding of client relationship management and strategic account growth
- Proven experience in deal structuring, financial modeling, and partnership development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
