About the Engagement

We are a startup in the B2B space seeking a Sales Enablement Consultant to design our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, B2B sales playbooks, and internal training program. This is a fixed-scope consulting engagement — ideal for someone experienced in enabling startups and SMEs in the technology, outsourcing, or professional services sectors.

Scope of Work / Deliverables

1. GTM Strategy Development

  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and priority markets.
  • Create a tailored Go-To-Market roadmap for startup growth.
  • Identify positioning, messaging, and value propositions per target segment.

2. Sales Playbook Creation

  • Prospecting & outreach templates (email, LinkedIn, pitch decks).
  • Discovery call frameworks and consultative questioning guides.
  • Proposal, pricing, and negotiation guidelines.
  • Objection handling strategies.
  • Handover process from Sales → Delivery/Operations teams.
  • CRM & reporting recommendations (startup-friendly tools).

3. Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Conduct 2–3 interactive workshops for non-sales team members (founders, recruiters, delivery leads).
  • Train on consultative selling, client farming, relationship management, and account expansion.
  • Provide resource kits (scripts, checklists, role-play exercises) for ongoing use.

4. Final Outputs

  • Comprehensive B2B Sales Playbook (manual/PDF).
  • GTM Strategy Deck (presentation-ready for leadership/investors).
  • Training session materials and recordings for future onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' experience in B2B sales strategy, enablement, or GTM consulting.
  • Proven track record in building sales playbooks and GTM strategies for startups or SMEs in tech, outsourcing, or professional services.
  • Strong facilitator with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively to non-sales professionals.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, pipeline structures, and modern B2B sales methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success delivering fixed-scope consulting projects.
