Who You Are

We're looking for a highly organized and resourceful Sales Enablement Specialist to support high-performing Account Executives at a fast-growing company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes — combining research, analytics, communication, and creativity to help sales teams close more deals.

You'll serve as a dedicated partner to your assigned AE, managing the details that keep the pipeline moving. From reviewing calls and enriching CRM data to creating reports, following up with prospects, and preparing proposals — you'll play a vital role in helping your AE hit and exceed their goals.

​​​​​​​What You'll Do

​​​​​​You'll work closely with your Account Executive (AE) to help drive sales productivity and pipeline growth. While your main tasks are outlined below, this role values curiosity, flexibility, and collaboration as you both refine your team's workflow.

1. Research, CRM & Call Support

  • Review sales call notes and summarize key insights, objections, and next steps.
  • Research companies and contacts to gather background and context.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly sales and commission reports.
  • Spot trends in performance metrics and share actionable insights.

3. Pipeline Management & Follow-Up

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects through email, LinkedIn, or CRM tools.
  • Support the AE in moving deals forward through timely communication.

4. Sales Materials & Proposal Support

  • Create and customize sales decks, one-pagers, and proposals.
  • Ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and tailored to each opportunity.

5. Prospecting & Market Research

  • Build targeted account lists using data signals (e.g., events, new hires, industry updates).
  • Identify new business opportunities through research and insights.

6. Relationship Support

  • Track client and prospect milestones (like birthdays or promotions) to personalize outreach.
  • Draft thoughtful messages to strengthen relationships.

7. Personal Branding Support

  • Help the AE build their professional brand by creating newsletters or curated content.

​​​​​​​What We're Looking For​​​​​

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a sales enablement, business development, or marketing operations role.
  • Prior experience supporting U.S.-based sales teams or clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs, email automation, LinkedIn, lead management tools and analytics systems.
  • Proficient with Excel and reporting.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation platforms for research and communication.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and proactive with high attention to detail.
