By collaborating with parents, educators, and entrepreneurs, we reimagine how the next generation is raised, equipping them to succeed with confidence and purpose. We are looking for a Filipino Sales Manager who will guide qualified leads through the acquisition journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment. While marketing generates leads and promotes the company's products and services, this role focuses on nurturing relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth conversion process. This hands-on position requires consultative selling skills, empathy, and a results-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the mid- to bottom-funnel sales process, from first contact to closing enrollments and driving user acquisition.

· Identify and connect with potential partnership opportunities and execute strategies to engage, pitch, and secure partnership agreements

·Proactively generate and engage leads through cold calls, personalized consultations, email campaigns, and webinars.

·Effectively handle objections, provide tailored program recommendations, and guide prospects toward suitable courses.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to optimize lead conversion and improve conversion strategies.

· Consistently achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring prospects feel supported throughout the decision-making process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, client relations, or enrollment management, preferably in education or edtech.

· Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

· Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

· Experience in education, training, or service sales is a plus.
