About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving enterprise-level sales and building strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior managers across large corporations, government organizations, and complex national or global accounts.

This role involves managing the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying opportunities to developing customized education and training solutions, closing deals, and ensuring post-sales satisfaction. The Regional Sales Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell professional learning and development programs to enterprise and government clients.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to assigned customers.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the delivery of appropriate and effective training solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers including IT Management, Procurement, HR, and Learning & Development leaders.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute targeted account sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy localized strategies that drive brand awareness and lead conversions.
  • Forecast, track, and analyze key account metrics to ensure consistent performance and reporting accuracy.
  • Work closely with operations and delivery teams to coordinate seamless training execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to contractual terms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in education, training, IT services, or consulting industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
