As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our transition to NetSuite by understanding business needs, refining and documenting processes, and enabling user adoption through training and engagement. You will collaborate with teams to ensure that business processes are aligned with NetSuite functionality and effectively implemented. This role focuses on process mapping, documentation, and user training, with a collaborative approach to ensure NetSuite supports business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and map future-state processes aligned with NetSuite functionality.
  • Support ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare clear process documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and assist with change management to drive user adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with NetSuite.
  • Strong skills in business process analysis, documentation, and redesign.
  • Proven ability to liaise between technical teams and business users.
  • Experience creating training materials and facilitating user adoption.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage process changes with minimal disruption.
  • Experience working with Australian or other English-speaking clients is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Accounting, or related field.
