  • International beauty and derma accounts
  • Skincare accounts
  • Pharmaceutical accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound phone calls with warm leads who have expressed interest in our products.
  • Understand customer skincare concerns and recommend appropriate products from our line.
  • Educate clients about product benefits, ingredients, and usage to support informed purchasing decisions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to enhance customer outcomes and increase order value.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to the sales or marketing team on customer trends, objections, and preferences.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on products and sales techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This role is entitled to a fixed basic monthly rate on top of a commission ranging from 2,000USD to 5,000USD per month, paid out bi-monthly.
  • A 500USD welcome bonus on your 60th day in the role will be paid by the client
  • Free training to be provided by the client.
  • Shift is from 10pm to 10am daily (10 work hours and 2 hours meal breaks in between), 6 days a week.
