We're a UK-based telecommunications provider, helping businesses across the UK stay connected with business mobile, landline, and broadband solutions. Our Cebu-based support team plays a vital role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service every single time.
What You'll Be Doing
As a member of our customer service team, you'll handle inbound and outbound queries from UK business clients, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering a professional, friendly customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Customer service experience in telecommunications - Landline and VoIP (a must)
- Willingness to learn—in-house training provided
What You'll Get
- PHP 25,000 base salary + PHP 2,000 monthly allowance
- Monthly incentives based on performance
- Paid UK bank holidays (No work)
- 13th Month Pay (released every December 5th)
- 1.25 days of paid leave accrued per month
- Government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth)
