About the role

Sunrise Search & Support is looking for a talented Financial Account Call Centre Agent to join our team in Apas, Cebu City. This is a full-time role that will see you providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients in the financial services industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering and resolving inbound calls from customers with a range of financial enquiries and issues
  • Providing accurate information and advice to customers on financial products and services
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on any outstanding requests or actions
  • Escalating complex queries to the appropriate team or department
  • Adhering to call centre performance metrics and quality standards
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our call centre operations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in a call centre or customer service environment, ideally within the financial services sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in financial services
  • Fluency in English and the local Cebuano dialect
