About the role

Sunrise Search & Support Inc. is seeking a talented Work-From-Home (WAH) Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and digital channels
  2. Provide product information, process orders, and handle returns and exchanges
  3. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team members
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and provide exceptional service

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
  4. Proficient in the use of computer systems, software, and digital tools
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a remote environment
  6. Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
