Customer Service Representative - US Healthcare Account

IMMEDIATE HIRING

Join our healthcare BPO team supporting US medical providers. We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives for a stable, growth-oriented career in healthcare.

Location: Ebloc 3, Padriga St., IT Park, Apas, Cebu City

Schedule: US Business Hours

Employment: Full-Time, On-Site

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and insurance verification
  • Process billing inquiries and payment assistance
  • Navigate healthcare management systems
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Meet quality and productivity metrics

Requirements

Must Have:

  • 1+ years BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills
  • Available for US time zones

Preferred:

  • Healthcare/medical account experience
