About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role based in Cebu City, Cebu. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence. The role is focused on supporting customers with their financial accounts.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat
  • Handle a variety of customer service tasks such as account updates, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Educate customers on products, services, and policies
  • Provide a high level of customer service to build strong relationships with clients
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and respond effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
