About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Sunrise Search & Support Inc'. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction. This is a full-time role based in our office in Mabolo Cebu City, Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering and responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying and escalating complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
