Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting or document processing.
  • Experience working in a corporate or executive-level environment.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
