Executive Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Draft memos, letters, and presentations.
- Arrange meetings, appointments, and executive travel.
- Coordinate internal and external events or conferences.
- Ensure executives are informed and prepared for all engagements.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Relay messages accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with different departments for deliverables.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain records, contracts, and legal documents securely.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Filipino).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or document processing.
- Experience working in a corporate or executive-level environment.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
