Manage communication, including emails and phone calls
Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
Organise and maintain files in a confidential manner
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Schedule appointments, meetings and reservtions as needed
Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Minimum Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Comfortable with routinely demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Graduate of 4 year course or 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
