Your Role
- Prepare affidavits or other documents, such as legal correspondence, and organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
- Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, and contracts.
- Prepare for trial by performing tasks such as organizing exhibits.
- Investigate facts and law of cases and search pertinent sources, such as public records and internet sources, to determine causes of action and to prepare cases.
- Meet with clients and other professionals to discuss details of the case.
- Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, legal articles, codes, and documents.
- Arbitrate disputes between parties.
- Maintain and update the legal documents from time to time.
- Research relevant legal materials to aid decision-making.
- Meet with individuals involved in legal processes to provide information and clarify issues associated with HR.
- Evaluate information related to legal matters in public or personal records.
- Coordinate legal schedules or activities.
- Represent the interests of the company in legal proceedings.
- Arbitrate disputes between parties to resolve legal conflicts.
- Collaborate with HR from time to time on labor issues and other legal documentation.
- Prepare, secure, and process the required working visa permits needed for expats employees with the local government such as DOLE and the Bureau of Immigration.
About You
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Knowledge of the structure and content including the meaning and spelling of words, composition, and grammar.
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
- Assist in bank account opening requirements preparation
- Organizing, filing and tracking files for important documents
- Assist in preparation of legal documents requests
- Assist in preparation of legal documents related to business transactions and corporate governance
- Doing monitoring of legal fees such as business permit, sanitary permit, barangay permits including professional fees and retainer fees
- Assist and manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Job Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
- Must be able to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of personnel
- Must be good in business correspondence
- Capable of fostering and protecting company confidentiality
- Willing to work 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm ; Mondays to Fridays in BGC office

Purpose : The position is responsible for providing a range of timely and accurate administrative support. This position is responsible for supporting the client to help him stay organized and complete tasks that allow him to focus on more advanced responsibilities. Job Qualifications :
- Must have at least 1-2years relevant experience in Administrative support preferably within the legal industry
- Experience is using Clio software is a MUST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great attention to details
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Experience in establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems and processes
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member
- Savvy on social media
- Good report writing skills
- Background on minute taking
General tasks :
- Creating templates on Clio, loading or updating client information on the Clio portal, diverting calls to other departments and/or taking note of the message from the caller; loading client information/creating matters and to do the data entry to create templates from my precedents on the Clio portal.
- Other Potential tasks: creating content and posting on social media -file management
