We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Admin Support professional to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for both new and existing customers, responsible for managing inbound inquiries and providing accurate, timely quotes for removalist services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support our clients' moving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and potentially live chat.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotes for a range of removalist services, including home, office, and interstate moves.
  • Manage customer information and job details within a CRM or similar system.
  • Maintain a strong level of product knowledge regarding A1 Removalists Sydney's services, including packing, storage, and specialized moves.
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support sales and customer service functions.
Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare and deliver accurate service quotes in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools (Google Suite, MS Office, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in the removalist, logistics, or service industry is an advantage.
