Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Training & Development Officer, based in Central Luzon, Philippines. The role involves identifying training needs, designing and delivering employee training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. The HR Training & Development Officer will also collaborate closely with HR management to enhance employee relations and promote a positive work culture. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training schedules, preparing materials, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training Needs Analysis, Training & Development, and program design
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
- Knowledge in fostering Employee Relations and promoting workplace engagement
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to assess and measure the impact of training programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
- Experience in a similar role in a corporate or manufacturing environment is a plus
