JOB TITLE: Chef de Cuisine
QUANTITY: 1
Work Location: Cebu
Salary: 80k- 100k plus SC ranging from 16k - 20k/ month
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine /Executive Chef, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean
cuisine cullinary degree or formal training from a recognized institution (preferred)
Open to candidates with any formal college degree, provided they have
strong culinary and leadership experience
Minimum 5–7 years professional kitchen experience, with at least 2–3 years in a
leadership role (Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine)
Strong background in Italian or
Mediterranean cuisine, preferably in
upscale or high-volume restaurants
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cooking
techniques, ingredients, and regional specialties
Culinary degree or formal training from a
recognized institution (preferred)
Excellent leadership, team management, and
training skills
Strong organizational and cost-control abilities
Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene,
safety, and kitchen discipline
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about
delivering exceptional guest experiences
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lead and oversee all kitchen
operations for an Italian dining concept
Develop, execute, and update menus
Ensure consistency in food quality,
taste, and presentation
Manage food cost,
inventory, and supplier relationships
Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen
staff
Enforce hygiene, safety, and sanitation
standards
Collaborate with management on
menu strategy and guest experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
