About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Chef de partie to join our team at the 5G Coffee House, Gmall of Cebu in Cebu City, Central Visayas.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking a variety of savory dishes, including sandwiches, pastas, rice meals, and breakfast plates
  • Ensuring food is prepared to a high standard of taste, presentation, and hygiene
  • Following recipes accurately and consistently
  • Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • Supporting the kitchen team during peak service hours
  • Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries properly
  • Coordinating with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely food delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Culinary degree, certificate, or relevant kitchen experience is preferred
  • Strong cooking and food preparation skills, with attention to detail
  • Good understanding of kitchen hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
