  • At least high school graduate, vocation , culinary
  • At least 1-2 years experience as a Chef de Partie

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures the daily accomplishment of opening and closing checklists.
  • Ensures the quality of the food coming out of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and serve food according to the set standards set by the company.
  • Receives deliveries from suppliers or the commissary. Quality checks items from the commissary to ensure every dish meets company standards daily.
  • Checks stocks inside the chiller for expiry dates and to maintain high quality food daily.
  • Follows the standard process of checking labels.
  • Generates par stocks every month for ( meat, sauces, vegetables ) in order to minimize cost approved by the kitchen department.
  • Assigns tasks to the staff to develop morale of individuals by giving them  responsibilities that enhance their personalities of what is wrong and what is right.
  • Ensures that all updates are being disseminated and all changes in the existing processes are fully understood and implemented.
  • Resolves concerns of the staff to have a smooth operation. Escalates to the Sous Chef any concerns that need higher resolution.
