
L1 Microsoft Support Specialist

Job Summary: As an L1 Microsoft Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for users. You'll log incidents, perform basic troubleshooting, and quickly resolve common issues across a range of Microsoft products. Your primary goal is to provide excellent customer service and achieve a high first-call resolution rate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for a wide range of Microsoft services, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Windows.
- Log and manage all incoming support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Handle routine issues like password resets, account unlocks, and basic application access problems.
- Escalate complex issues to the L2 team with a detailed handover.
- Meet specific performance goals for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and M365.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
