About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Expert / Programmer to support our operations by developing, automating, and optimizing internal workflows using Microsoft tools and scripting. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Microsoft Office automation, Power Platform, or custom programming (VBA / .NET / SQL / Python) to improve productivity across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate workflows using Power Automate / VBA / Excel Macros / Scripts
  • Create and maintain internal dashboards, databases, or SharePoint systems
  • Build tools or applications that improve data processing and reporting efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing internal automations
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement new system solutions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft automation or programming
  • Strong proficiency in at least one or more of the following:
  • Power Automate / Power Apps
  • VBA / Excel Macros / Advanced Excel functions
  • SQL / Database scripting
  • .NET / C# or Python (optional but a plus)
  • SharePoint customization
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating Microsoft tools with APIs or third-party systems
  • Familiarity with ERP / CRM systems
  • Knowledge in report automation (Power BI)
