The Opportunity

We're seeking a full-time, results-driven Email Campaigns Specialist (3-5 years experience) to join our marketing team. You'll develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects for our IT services, directly contributing to Support Tech LLC's growth.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Execute: Create high-performing B2B IT lead generation and nurturing email campaigns.
  • Optimize & Personalize: Segment audiences, personalize content, and A/B test to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Automate & Integrate: Set up automation workflows and integrate email efforts within the Zoho Suite.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights to refine strategy.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain list accuracy and adhere to email marketing best practices.
