Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by acquiring new accounts and retaining existing clients.
  • Prepare and present client proposals, including pricing and benefit recommendations.
  • Negotiate account closures and renewals with clients, brokers, and agents.
  • Ensure all account documentation is complete and compliant with company policies, including KYC and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Actuarial, Underwriting, Account Management) to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market research, sales forecasting, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Support resolution of client issues and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or service industry.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
