Core responsibilities
- Document lifecycle management:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of documents, from creation and distribution to revision and archival.
- Organization and filing:
Create and manage effective filing and organizing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
- Quality assurance:
Ensure document accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and legal regulations. This includes proofreading and verifying documents.
- Document control:
Maintain control over the distribution of documents, ensuring that authorized personnel have access to the most current versions.
- Auditing:
Conduct regular document audits to confirm their accuracy and currency.
- Administrative support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Communication:
Collaborate with managers, project leaders, and other staff to facilitate the flow of information and ensure timely project completion.
Key skills
