Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for setting up, organizing, and maintaining the document control system for construction or real estate projects. This includes encoding and filing letters, transmittals, minutes, reports, and updates — ensuring documents are properly distributed, easily accessible, and consistently managed. The role also supports overall project administration and coordination.

  • Maintain and organize document control systems (physical or EDMS)
  • Encode and file official project documents (letters, minutes, transmittals, etc.)
  • Ensure up-to-date records and easy document retrieval
  • Manage distribution lists and ensure timely circulation
  • Support general admin tasks and assist with project documentation as needed

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business-related course
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in document management tools
  • Willing to work on-site in Pampanga
