JOB ALERT: Executive Assistant | Receptionist

Are you ready to be the confident, articulate voice of a leading Real Estate Acquisition firm? We are hiring a highly-organized and client-focused Executive Assistant to support our senior executives and manage all critical client communications

This is more than an admin role—you are the crucial first point of contact

WE NEED A COMMUNICATION SUPERSTAR

The Voice of the Company: You will manage reception and execute essential follow-up calls with buyer agents and clients.

Non-Negotiable: You must have EXCEPTIONAL phone presence and be COMPLETELY FLUENT in spoken and written English.

What You'll Be Doing:

Seamlessly manage complex executive calendars and logistics.

Draft, track, and process critical client documents (Authority to Proceed, Welcome Packs).

Be the primary liaison for clients, legal counsel, and referral partners.

Use your expertise in Google Workspace, Hubspot and Pandadoc daily.

Is This You?

2–3 years of high-level EA/Admin experience.

Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

A proven track record of excellent organizational and time management skills.
