We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Assistant to join our team. the ideal candidate has experience in quality assurance or quality management, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily quality checks on materials, products, and production processes.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Prepare, update and organize quality documentation and inspection reports.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support process audits and compliance inspections.
- Work closely with production, warehouse and admin teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and verify product specifications based on company and client requirements.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Knowledgeable in quality tools, documentation, and standard inspection procedures.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
