Location: Central Luzon

Your Role

As an AU Property Management Assistant, you are responsible for:

  • Process tenancy applications and onboard new tenants.
  • Manage lease renewals and related documentation.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and coordinate with vendors.
  • Handle water invoicing and other tenant billing tasks.
  • Send documents via Flk It Over (e.g., Lease Break Forms, Name Removal Forms).
  • Perform additional property management tasks as delegated.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in AU real estate.
  • Background as a Property Management Assistant or Virtual Assistant.
  • Experience in customer service and vendor coordination.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, preferably PropertyMe.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive in clarifying instructions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Adaptable to new software and administrative processes.
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Effective at time management and prioritization.
