Proficient in SharePoint management, PowerPoint and Excel
The successful candidate plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency, process documentation, and training management across the team. This role ensures business processes are clearly documented, reporting requirements are met, and all relevant systems and materials are accurate and up to date.
Task Management: Track and monitor deliverables to ensure all activities are completed within required timeframes.
Process Documentation: Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of key business processes and procedures.
System Maintenance: Manage and maintain SharePoint/excel as the primary source of team documentation and access.
Operational Support: Collaborate with team leaders to ensure daily tasks and priorities are completed effectively.
Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of client reports, ensuring no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is included.
Metrics & Insights: Prepare summary metrics and dashboards for internal team performance and reporting.
Training Compliance: Monitor and ensure completion of training reports and compliance requirements.
Training Documentation: Maintain and update all training documentation to ensure accuracy and version control.
Learning Material Development: Support the design and development of new training materials under the guidance of the Recoveries Manager (RM).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication
- Proficient in SharePoint management, PowerPoint and excel
- Some skills is creating visual documents helpful – but not necessary
- Analytical mindset with the ability to summarise data into clear insights
- Collaborative team player with initiative
