About the role
MAZWIN our Affiliated company is seeking a full-time Admin/Finance professional to join our team in Marikina City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with budgeting and reporting
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
- Implementing and improving office procedures to enhance efficiency
- Providing general support to the management team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or finance-related role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
