Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids. o Negotiate contracts and close new deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Project Management & Coordination:

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial design and measurement to installation and final handover.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, fabrication, and installation) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.

Technical Expertise:

  • Conduct on-site measurements for project estimation and design purposes.
  • Advise clients on the best glass and aluminum solutions, considering technical specifications, material properties, and design aesthetics.
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Use knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software to assist in project planning and visualization.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to help shape product offerings and business strategies.

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
