Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence in the financial services industry. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to identify and seize new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, SME, and individual clients to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving business development targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and business cases to potential clients.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, forums, and industry-related activities to strengthen brand presence.
  • Monitor account performance, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or sales within the banking/financial services sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the corporate and SME segments is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or revenue targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
