
HR Reporting Specialist

Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports from HRIS and ATS.
Provide reporting support for HR and Talent KPIs (e.g., headcount, turnover, DEI, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates).
Create dashboards to visualize key metrics for business leaders, HR partners, and recruiters.
Analyze data trends to support workforce planning, recruiting strategy, and compliance initiatives.
System Support & Optimization
Serve as a point of contact for reporting and data-related inquiries in HRIS and ATS platforms.
Collaborate with system administrators and stakeholders to ensure clean, accurate data and optimize reporting capabilities.
Provide training and documentation for HR and TA team members on how to access and interpret reports.
• Work with HR and TA teams to automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting tasks.
Compliance & Data Integrity
Ensure data integrity through routine audits and validations across HRIS and ATS databases.
Prepare reports for compliance.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols in all reporting activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Translate business and HR reporting needs into system-based solutions.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, DEI, etc.) to deliver consistent and integrated HR metrics.
