
HR Assistant

- Recruiting: Assist with the recruitment process, including reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees
- Onboarding: Coordinate new employee orientation and training sessions
- Record keeping: Maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and compensation and benefits
- Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and documentation
- Policies and procedures: Help the HR manager develop policies and procedures, and communicate updates to employees
- Employee relations: Provide a point of contact for employees, addressing their questions and concerns
- HR events: Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws
- Training: Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Reports: Write and submit reports on HR activities
