Job Description for HR Director:

· Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

· Serve as the chief human resources advisor.

· Execute full-cycle HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding/offboarding procedures, probationary period management, labor contract signing, employee attendance tracking, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.

· Prevent and control employment risks; ensure company policies and practices comply with Philippine labor laws and industry standards.

· Maintain and improve HR systems, processes, and documentation standards.

· Drive initiatives to promote employees' professional development, retention, engagement, and motivation.

· Support the development of leadership capabilities across the organization through coaching, training programs, and performance evaluations.

· Foster a strong organizational culture and act as an advocate for company values.

· Provide accurate and timely HR metrics, analyses, and reports to support strategic decision-making.

· Monitor and report on departmental performance, including key performance indicators such as recruitment timeliness, project delivery, and learning and development metrics.

· Lead HR communications with internal and external stakeholders.

· Support and collaborate with the Management Committee (MANCOM) and other departments on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related fields.

· Proficiency in Hokkien or Mandarin is an advantage.

· At least 6 years of experience in human resource management.

· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

· Strong background in all major HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Records Management.

· In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements.

· Ability to lead strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.

· Experience in developing and monitoring HR key performance indicators and incentive schemes.

· Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

· Ability to drive cultural transformation and enhance employee engagement.

· Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

· Strategic thinking and experience in using HR metrics to support strategy and performance improvement.

· Proactive, adaptable, and capable of effectively managing change.

· High level of integrity, professionalism, and a people-oriented mindset.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
