Job Title: HR Manager – Engagement

Location: MOA Area (Pasay City, Philippines)

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: HR Director / Senior HR Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Manager – Engagement will lead and implement employee engagement initiatives in the MOA area to foster a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment. The role is responsible for driving engagement strategies, monitoring employee sentiment, managing recognition programs, and supporting organizational culture initiatives. This position ensures alignment between corporate engagement objectives and local execution within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement
  • Design and execute local engagement programs, activities, and events aligned with the company's values and culture.
  • Conduct regular employee pulse surveys, focus group discussions, and feedback sessions; analyze results and recommend action plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to improve team engagement and morale.
  • Culture & Communication
  • Promote a strong company culture and core values through campaigns, workshops, and communication efforts.
  • Act as a culture champion and liaison between corporate HR and site employees.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR initiatives, updates, and policies.
  • Recognition & Rewards
  • Lead local implementation of employee recognition programs (e.g., employee of the month, service awards).
  • Monitor and recommend improvements to the rewards and recognition framework based on employee feedback.
  • Onboarding & Retention
  • Support new hire integration and orientation programs in the MOA area.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to identify engagement-related retention risks and address them proactively.
  • Metrics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on key engagement KPIs for the MOA site (e.g., engagement scores, attrition trends).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analytics and employee feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years specifically in employee engagement or organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with diverse employee groups.
  • Experience in managing site-specific HR projects and coordinating large-scale employee events.
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools and employee engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Willing to be based full-time or travel regularly within the MOA (Pasay) area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php75,000.00 per month
