The HR Assistant is responsible for the manpower recruitment of Suyen\'s restaurant brands - mainly Marugame Udon, Paul Cafe, Maisen, KOI The, Boat Noodle, St. Marc Cafe, and incoming new Asian restaurants and cafes.

Job Role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing to onboarding of candidates
  • Deliver quality candidates for positions including line cooks, servers, supervisors, and restaurant managers
  • Use recruitment systems effectively, including reports and trackers necessary in evaluating and updating data

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 1 year related experience in retail or restaurant recruitment is an advantage
  • Candidate must have a customer-oriented personality
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
  • Must be willing to work in Libertad, Pasay City
