  2. Managing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records

  3. Updating and maintaining HR databases and employee files

  4. Assisting with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations

  5. Handling HR department correspondence, such as responding to employee inquiries

  6. Recruitment Assistance

  7. Posting job openings on various platforms and assisting with candidate sourcing

  8. Screening resumes and scheduling interviews with candidates

  9. Coordinating interview logistics and maintaining communication with candidates

  10. Preparing new hire paperwork and organizing onboarding sessions

  11. Attendance and Leave Management

  12. Tracking employee attendance and recording absences

  13. Managing leave applications and tracking leave balances

  14. Preparing reports on attendance, absenteeism, and leave usage

  15. Employee Records Management

  16. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records

  17. Assisting with data entry and maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records

  18. Ensuring confidentiality of employee information and compliance with data protection regulations

  19. Payroll and Benefits Administration

  20. Assisting with payroll processing, including attendance verification and overtime calculations

  21. Coordinating with finance for salary adjustments, reimbursements, and payroll-related queries

  22. Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and answering benefits-related questions

  23. Policy and Compliance Support

  24. Assisting in communicating and enforcing company policies

  25. Keeping records of disciplinary actions and following up on policy compliance

  26. Supporting compliance with labor laws and company regulations

  27. Employee Engagement and Communication

  28. Helping organize employee engagement activities and company events

  29. Distributing internal communication, such as announcements, updates, and memos

  30. Coordinating training sessions, orientations, and onboarding activities

  31. Reporting and HR Analytics

  32. Compiling data for HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absence rates)

  33. Generating reports for management on HR-related activities

  34. Analyzing trends in HR data and assisting with planning

Job Type: Full-time
