Administrative Support
Managing HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and employee records
Updating and maintaining HR databases and employee files
Assisting with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations
Handling HR department correspondence, such as responding to employee inquiries
Recruitment Assistance
Posting job openings on various platforms and assisting with candidate sourcing
Screening resumes and scheduling interviews with candidates
Coordinating interview logistics and maintaining communication with candidates
Preparing new hire paperwork and organizing onboarding sessions
Attendance and Leave Management
Tracking employee attendance and recording absences
Managing leave applications and tracking leave balances
Preparing reports on attendance, absenteeism, and leave usage
Employee Records Management
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
Assisting with data entry and maintaining HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records
Ensuring confidentiality of employee information and compliance with data protection regulations
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Assisting with payroll processing, including attendance verification and overtime calculations
Coordinating with finance for salary adjustments, reimbursements, and payroll-related queries
Assisting employees with benefits enrollment and answering benefits-related questions
Policy and Compliance Support
Assisting in communicating and enforcing company policies
Keeping records of disciplinary actions and following up on policy compliance
Supporting compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Employee Engagement and Communication
Helping organize employee engagement activities and company events
Distributing internal communication, such as announcements, updates, and memos
Coordinating training sessions, orientations, and onboarding activities
Reporting and HR Analytics
Compiling data for HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absence rates)
Generating reports for management on HR-related activities
Analyzing trends in HR data and assisting with planning
Job Type: Full-time
