JOB DESCRIPTION
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the firm; file documents both in court and government agencies
- Assist lawyer in notarizing documents, draft documents in MS WORD and other legal documents
- Maintaining and organizing physical and digital legal files and records
- Perform other administrative and legal-related tasks as may be assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Know how to drive car and motorcycle with valid driver license.
- Law firm experience and document processing experience is an advantage.
